How to Upload Documents

(If you have a scanned document, there is no need for steps 1 & 2.
Go directly to our website and follow steps 4 through 9.)

1. Take Photo(s) using your phone, tablet or camera.
2. Save photo to your computer by:
1. Emailing it to your email and saving to your desktop or my pictures
2. Connecting your phone, tablet or camera to your computer and saving photo to your desktop or my pictures
1. Always remember where you saved the photos so you may easily retrieve them
3. Proceed to UAIC Website and continue to login.
4. Click on the Document Upload link (bottom right of screen)
5. Enter policy number you wish to upload document to. Press Enter.
6. Click Choose File/Browse and navigate to where you saved the document you wish to upload.
7. Double click on photo or document you wish to upload
8. Click Upload on bottom of screen
9. Your document is now able to be viewed and is sent to UAIC directly

How to Upload Vehicle Photos

(including VIN Plate and Odometer Reading)

1. Take Photo(s) using your phone, tablet or camera.
2. Save photo to your computer by:
1. Emailing it to your email and saving to your desktop or my pictures
2. Connecting your phone, tablet or camera to your computer and saving photo to your desktop or my pictures
1. Always remember where you saved the photos so you may easily retrieve them
3. Proceed to UAIC Website and continue to login.
4. Enter policy number you wish to upload photo to:
5. Next to the Vehicle section there is an option to upload photos. Click here.
6. Click Choose File/Browse and navigate to where you saved the photos you wish to upload.
7. Double click on photo you wish to upload
8. Click Upload on bottom of screen
9. Your photos are now able to be viewed and are sent to UAIC directly
