Your policy may be accessed and managed on our website mypolicy.uaig.net. We encourage you to set up an online account where you can make a payment, obtain id cards or other policy documents, and view claims status. If you have already set up an online account we ask that you review the information and ensure that we have your current email address for ongoing communication and future updates.
In addition to the online portal mentioned above, we offer the UAIC Mobile App which can be downloaded using any smart phone device. The mobile app offers the same delightful features as the online portal.
Lastly, we offer an integrated voice response (IVR) system where you can make a payment or check the status of your policy 24 hours a day 7 days a week by dialing 305-907-2878 or 888-987-8242.
